Our Story

Jim is the founder of Urban Domain and has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years on commercial and industrial projects.
Jim has a great passion for construction and is driven by delivering projects on time and on budget while building client relationships that go beyond one-time projects.

Jim Giantsis-Director
Jim has worked in the construction industry since 1988, having developed a wealth of practical and professional experience in all facets of the construction markets including design development, cost planning, construction and project management and principle building works.

Jim thrives on new challenges and has thorough understanding of demands of the property development with particular strength in successful property delivery.

A mainstay of Jim's career has been his ability to work closely with designers, architects, consultants and contractors to enhance the potential of any project whilst maintaining a practical approach.

His project experience includes but not limited too retail, hospitality, education, healthcare and industrial.
